Founder
Frits is the founder of Land van Yemaya, having carried this place forward through more than half a decade of thoughtful investment and design. He has a gift for spotting where energy is stuck or potential untapped, and doing what it takes to set things in motion. Radically honest and with an absurdly big heart, he brings a stability that enables the whole team to thrive.
Inge
Hospitality
Inge welcomes most groups to Yemaya and brings warmth, intuition, and loving attention to everything she does. Her feminine presence is essential; she intuits what the land and the guests truly need and makes sure it's cared for. She knows the land like no one else, and her attention keeps everything in its best shape.
Bart
Maintenance
Bart is the quiet rock behind the scenes. He keeps the land and buildings running smoothly, and makes all of our lives a lot easier. From practical fixes to creative solutions, he brings care, consistency, and a big heart to everything he does. We'd be lost without him.
Max
Client Relations
Max is the main point of contact for retreat facilitators. Radically honest, disarmingly open, and a true magician with words. He makes sure every conversation leads somewhere real, with both vision and integrity. As part of Yemaya's core team, he brings clarity and truth to the heart of every major decision.
Nicky
Guardian of the Land
Nicky is Yemaya's beloved cat and unofficial guardian of the land. She takes her role seriously, often seen watching over the grounds, greeting guests (on her own terms), and keeping a calm, mysterious presence.
